Urgent Notice
Ladies and Gentleman,
After much discussion with the Chairman is has been decided to cancel the EGM planned for later this month and utilise a paper ballot to allow every member to participate in modelling the future of the Charity. The Chairman is going to consult with the other Trustees later this month and develop a number of options for the future which you will all be given the opportunity to vote upon. I will be sending out the ballot papers on or shortly after the 1 October 2009 with a ballot deadline, yet to be determined.
I think that this is the fairest way to deal with this matter allowing every member a “voice” and not just those who can travel to a meeting. If you have any queries please contact the Chairman, Dennis Lauder, as I am overseas.

There are a large number of members listed under the 'Not Known' scheme area please check this area, once you have logged in, and update the information. If you know that a person has left the scheme please make sure that you set their Member Status to 'Left' in the Change Details area.
